9 Months
Libby is nine months today. Agghhhhh! My little baby is almost crawling. I won't know what to do with a mobile baby! We took her to the doctor this morning, her ear is totally healed and she weighs 20 pounds, 6 ounces and is 28 inches long. She is in the 75-90% for weight and 50-75 for length. That means she is a little long for her age . . . and a lot heavy for her age! The doctor asked if she could pick things up, and I said yes, she can feed herself! The doctor said "Yes, I see that food is not a problem!" Libby was only wearing her diaper, and her big belly and her tire-thighs were being giggled at by all of us. Libby's new foods: stuffing, turkey, grilled cheese, hamburger meat, broccoli, fruit bar, and pretty much anything soft! She has almost figured out the sippy cup, and made a crazy face the first time she tasted grape juice. She babbles, sometimes waves her whole arm and shows her one tooth with her big grin and adorable laugh. She rolls over onto her tummy sometimes to sleep, loves blankets (plays peek-a-boo with them), and still thinks her toes are good snacks. I need to take more pictures of her . . .
