Mobile Baby

Libby is officially crawling! She pulls on the cat, swats at the dog, and grabs Emma's stuff. Emma is slowly learning to spread her stuff out on the kitchen table instead of the den floor. Libby has been shoved, pushed and hit by Emma this week as Libby has found Emma's belongings to be irrisistable. Emma says "Chase me, Libby!" But Libby isn't quite fast enough for that yet! It is hard to cook dinner or get any work done without picking her up and putting her somewhere safe several times. She gets too close to the raised brick hearth, or too close to the power cords, or will get stuck under a chair or stool on her belly. I know you are all thinking, get the playpen out . . . but she just learned to crawl - she's having fun!

Last week I finally figured out how to give both girls a bath at the same time and now Emma has a "nakey bathtime dance" - she really is hilarious. At least Libby and I think so.
